Travel Documents +

Your passport or travel document must be valid for at least six (6) months from your intended return date.

  • Obtain all required visas, vaccinations and entry approvals.
  • Ensure your passport is not blacklisted by any authority.
  • Visa approval is subject to government authorities.
  • ICE HOLIDAYS does not guarantee visa approval.
  • Traveller bears all visa fees and service charges.
  • All booking information must be accurate and complete.
  • ICE HOLIDAYS is not responsible for entry refusal or deportation.
Tour Pricing & Inclusions +
  • Prices are based on current airfare, exchange rate and supplier costs.
  • Package generally includes flights, accommodation, meals and sightseeing stated in the itinerary.
  • Personal expenses and optional activities are excluded.
  • Prices may change due to taxes, currency or airfare adjustments.
  • Crowds, attraction closures or public holidays may affect the itinerary.
  • Shopping stops are optional and purchases are at your own responsibility.

Group Packages +
  • Tour leader is generally provided for groups of 10 adults or more.
  • Travellers must behave respectfully.
  • Medical conditions or pregnancy should be declared before booking.
Minimum Group Size +

Some departures require a minimum number of travellers. If the minimum is not achieved, ICE HOLIDAYS may cancel the tour with refund according to company policy.
