**条款与条件：**

1. 预订时须支付订金。订金不予退还，并受取消政策约束。一旦预订确认，不允许更改或取消。更改预订将被视为取消，除需支付新的费用外，仍须缴付相关取消费用。全额付款须于出发前 110 天完成。

2. 所有标示价格均为每人价格，以马来西亚令吉计算，并须另加相关税费及附加费。价格以印刷时为准，如有更改，恕不另行通知。价格仅适用于马来西亚公民及持有马来西亚工作准证或永久居民身份的外国人。不包括邮轮岸上观光、假日附加费、其他杂费及未列明项目。

3. 所有价格均以双人入住为基础计算（第 1 位及第 2 位乘客）；如涉及第 3 位及第 4 位乘客，则以三人或四人入住为基础计算。舱房数量有限，并视舱房供应情况而定。请随时向我们的邮轮团队查询系统准确资料及实时供应情况。

4. 预订完成后，如需在现有舱房或新增舱房中添加乘客，须视舱房入住人数限制、供应情况及当时适用价格而定。若需升级现有舱房类别，也将按照当时适用价格计算。

5. 所有乘客均须遵守完整的预订条款与条件。详情请向我们的工作人员查询。

6. 邮轮航程、船上节目及行程安排以邮轮公司最终安排为准；如有更改，恕不另行通知。

7. 每个出发日期须达到至少 15 人成团；若人数不足，本公司保留取消或延期出发的权利。

8. 本公司保留随时调整行程、价格及条款与条件的权利，恕不另行通知。

9. 免责声明：由于旅行限制、当地 / 宗教节庆、公共假期、天气情况、交通技术问题、自然灾害等因素，Golden Destinations / 邮轮公司保留在必要时更改顺序、修改或调整行程，或取消停靠港口的权利，可能会或不会事先通知。

Your passport or travel document must be valid for at least six (6) months from your intended return date.
