Our Booking Terms

Please review the following booking terms carefully before confirming your trip. These policies ensure transparency and a smooth travel experience.

01. Reservation & Payment

• A minimum advance payment of 30% is required to secure your booking.
• Remaining payment must be completed 7 days before departure.
• Bookings without required payments may be auto-cancelled.

02. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 15+ days before travel: **Full refund**.
• 7–14 days before travel: **50% refund**.
• Less than 7 days: **No refund applicable**.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

03. Date Amendments

• Trip date changes depend on availability.
• A small rescheduling fee may apply during peak season.
• Only one date change request is allowed per booking.

04. Travel Documents

• Passport validity must be **minimum 6 months**.
• Traveller must ensure visa and ID proof availability.
• We assist with documentation but approval is based on embassy rules.

05. Travel Insurance

• Insurance is not mandatory but highly recommended.
• It covers medical emergencies, trip delays & lost baggage.

06. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

• Inclusions: Hotels, sightseeing, transfers, meals (as mentioned).
• Exclusions: Personal expenses, additional activities, visa fees, etc.

Important Information

Refunds are not applicable in case of natural disasters, government restrictions or situations beyond operational control.
Travellers must follow local laws, safety instructions, and respect cultural norms during the trip.
Rooms are allotted by hotels based on availability; early check-in is subject to hotel policy and charges.
