TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Deposit is required upon booking. The deposit is non-refundable and subject to the cancellation policy. No amendment or cancellation is allowed once the booking is confirmed. Any amendment is considered a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. Full payment is required 110 days prior to departure.
2. All prices are per person in Malaysian Ringgit, subject to applicable taxes and surcharges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Rates apply to Malaysians and foreigners holding an Employment Pass or PR status in Malaysia. Excludes shore excursions, holiday surcharges, incidental charges and items not mentioned.
3. Prices are based on twin sharing for the 1st and 2nd guests. The 3rd and 4th guests will be based on triple or quad sharing. Cabins are subject to availability.
4. Additional guests or new cabins added after booking are subject to occupancy, availability and prevailing rates. Cabin upgrades are also based on prevailing rates.
5. All guests are subject to the complete booking terms and conditions. Please refer to our staff for more information.
6. Cruising schedules, onboard programmes and itineraries are subject to the cruise company's final arrangement and may change without prior notice.
7. Each departure requires a minimum group size of 15 persons. If the minimum group size is not met, the company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour.
8. The company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, price and terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. Due to travel restrictions, festivals, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation issues, acts of nature and other circumstances, Golden Destinations / Cruise Line reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel itineraries or ports of call, with or without prior notice. No refund or replacement will be provided if tour logistics are affected. Pictures are for illustration purposes only.
10. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
11. Passport must have at least 6 months' validity from the return date. Passengers are responsible for ensuring all travel documents and visas are in order before departure. Additional insurance surcharges apply to guests aged 70 and above.
12. Each cabin must have at least one adult aged 21 years or above. Infants below 6 months and pregnant guests beyond 24 weeks are not permitted to cruise. Pregnant guests are advised to consult a doctor before booking.
13. All guests are required to have a Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate when entering Yellow Fever Risk Countries and returning to their home country. Estimated cost: RM600 per dose.
