  • All bookings are confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment.
  • Prices mentioned may vary depending on availability and seasonal changes.
  • Payments made through third-party gateways are subject to their terms too.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within the allowed period may be eligible for refunds based on supplier rules (hotels, airlines, attractions). Last-minute cancellations may not be refundable.

4. Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid documents such as:

  • Passport & Visa (if required)
  • Government ID Proof
  • Travel Insurance (recommended)

5. Health & Safety

You must follow all safety instructions during tours. We are not responsible for injuries caused by negligence, unsafe behaviour, or ignoring instructions.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • We act as intermediaries between travellers and service providers.
  • We are not responsible for flight delays, weather changes, natural disasters, or political disturbances.
  • Any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings is not our responsibility.

7. Changes to Itinerary

In rare cases, itineraries may be changed due to weather, traffic, or safety reasons. We will always try to provide an equal or better alternative.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

Travellers are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, staff, and other tourists. Misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund.

9. Third-Party Services

We work with hotels, airlines, car rentals, cruise companies, and adventure operators. Each provider has its own rules — you agree to follow those as well.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
