TERM & CONDITIONS:
1. Deposit is required upon booking, non-refundable and subject to the cancellation policy. No amendment or cancellation is allowed once the booking is confirmed. Amendment of reservation is considered a cancellation and cancellation fees will still apply in addition to the new fare. Full payment is required 110 days prior to departure.
2. All prices stated are per person in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), subject to applicable taxes and surcharges. Prices are correct at the time of printing and are subject to change without prior notice. Rates are applicable to Malaysians and foreigners holding an employee pass or PR status in Malaysia only.
3. All prices are based on Twin Sharing basis (1st and 2nd Pax). If applicable, the 3rd and 4th Pax will be based on Triple or Quad Sharing basis. Cabins are limited and subject to availability. Please always refer to our cruise team for system accuracy and real-time availability.
4. Any addition of guests to the existing cabin or new cabins after the booking is made shall be subject to cabin occupancy, availability and current prevailing rates. Any upgrade of category on the existing cabin shall be based on the current prevailing rates.
5. All guests are subject to the complete booking terms and conditions. Please refer to our staff for more information.
6. Cruising schedule, onboard programs and itinerary are subject to the Cruise Company's final arrangement and may change without prior notice.
7. Each departure date requires a minimum group size of 15 persons. If the group size is insufficient, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the departure.
8. The company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, price and T&C at any time without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer: Due to local/religious festivals, public holidays, weather conditions, acts of nature, transportation technical issues, etc., Golden Destinations reserves the right to alter the sequence or change, amend or modify the itinerary if necessary, with or without prior notice. There will be no refund or replacement if the tour logistics are affected by such issues.
10. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
11. Passport must have at least 6 months validity from the returning date. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents and visas are in order prior to departure. Covid-19 Travel Insurance: Additional surcharges will apply for guests above 69 years old.
12. Each cabin must have at least 1 adult above 21 years old. Infants below 6 months old and pregnant passengers above 24 weeks are not allowed to cruise. For pregnant passengers, it is recommended to consult a doctor before booking.
13. Triple room sharing is not available in Wuzhen and Shanghai. Single supplement room fees will apply.

34 days or below: 100% of Total Fare + Administrative Charge

Dietary requests, room preferences and other special arrangements are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Some departures require a minimum number of travellers. If the minimum is not achieved, ICE HOLIDAYS may cancel the tour with refund according to company policy.
The itinerary may change due to weather, airline schedules, operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
